Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Denim Tears items for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be free from odors, stains, or damage
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Items must not show signs of washing or alteration

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges
